hello you horrible people

Heya, I'm Esther. I spend my time writing blog posts when I should be revising for my RS exams.

Seriously now: I am autistic (shocking, I know) and I was diagnosed at the ripe old age of 3. This was because that I didn't make much eye contact, had little to no social skills and would not ride a tricycle. But that's a story for another time.

I enjoy talking about a variety of things about autism, particularly autism in the media, autistic characters and how autism is portrayed in general. It's particularly interesting to me since I study a lot about media. I have also had social skills 'therapy' for a few years which I'm happy to talk about in a later blog.

My interests include the MTV show, Daria, Gorillaz, spoof films, films in general, lost media, history, ARGs (my favourite being hiimmarymary) and just spooky stuff in general. I also enjoy rock n roll, indie, hip hop and some electronic music.
